2004

Oracle takeover PeopleSoft on 13th December 2004

Consultancy contract won with a major UK manufacturing company for the Demand to Available stream of a major project. The software version is PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne 8.10 Web Browser.

Consultancy contract won with a US multinational for specialist consultancy in finance, distribution and technical.

Project Completion during the summer of an ERP8 Web Browser Multi Country project ( second phase)

For this major project based in the UK there are 12 live transactional companies across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Benelux and  Austria. Consolidation includes all these countries plus Denmark and Hong Kong. All operational countries have integration between PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne and a different third party Logistics company per country.  Further support work continues.

EnterpriseCA attended this conference to get updates on product roadmaps and direction.

Quest Global 2004

The annual global event for Quest, the J.D. Edwards User Group is Quest Global 2004, was held from June 21 - 24 2004 at the Colorado Convention Centre in Denver.

The attendance was down on previous years, a boycott of the event by PeopleSoft was major contributor to the disappointing turnout.

Since the PeopleSoft / J.D. Edwards merger in 2003 Quest and PeopleSoft have grown apart from each other. PeopleSoft see no need for Quest as they already have their own User Groups as a close relationship exists between Software vendor and their current user group. However it is Quest's opinion that current PeopleSoft User groups will not adequately represent former J.D. Edwards customers and they wish to remain an independent voice. Immediate results of this situation are a renaming of the organization to Quest, The International User Group and the boycott of Quest events by the PeopleSoft company.

Further success in 2004

Following on from the successes in 2003 are more excellent contract wins for EnterpriseCA. Three more implementations of ERP8 have recently been completed including the multi country ERP8 implementation. In addition a major machine and EnterpriseOne software upgrade for a UK customer recently went live on time and within budget.

2003

Record year to date for EnterpriseCA

2003 has proved to be the most successful year to date for EnterpriseCA. The highlights of the trading year were the successful completion of two ERP8 projects, one UK based and one Pan European.

J.D. Edwards merges with PeopleSoft

We are keeping a close watch over developments and were represented at the Connect 2003 conferences in Anaheim and Barcelona.

Another ERP8 Implementation contract won

EnterpriseCA have recently signed another agreement for the implementation of ERP8, the major component of the JDEdwards5 suite of applications.

The contract based in the North of England covers the full cycle implementation of ERP8 with the company providing Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing consultancy in addition to Technical consultancy resources.

Another major success in what is proving to be a very successful year for the company.

EnterpriseCA and DWS host a joint stand at the J.D. Edwards UK User 2003 Conference

The J.D. Edwards UK User Group 2003 Conference took place on March 11th and 12th, 2003 at the ICC in Birmingham.

Once again EnterpriseCA were represented at the event and supported the UK User's organisation by hosting an exhibition stand.

This year we hosted a joint stand with DWS to demonstrate our complimentary capabilities and offerings.

Major ERP8 Implementation contract won

EnterpriseCA kick off the year by signing an agreement with a US based multinational company for the European Implementation of ERP8, the major component of the JDEdwards5 suite of applications.

The company faced stiff competition to win the contract which covers the full implementation cycle covering project management and all application and technical consultancy for the project across Europe.

2002

For the second half of the year EnterpriseCA has been pleased to announce contracts with four new UK based clients for the supply of J.D. Edwards services including project management, implementation support, application consultancy and technical services.

FOCUS 2002 was held June 10 - 13 2002 at the Colorado Convention Centre in Denver with almost 8,000 J.D. Edwards users, partners, executives and product experts in attendance.
